Single ticket:Archiepiscopal Museum (Chapel of Sant’Andrea and the Ivory Throne), Neonian Baptistery, Basilica of Sant’Apollinare Nuovo, Basilica of San Vitale, Mausoleum of Galla Placidia.
Reduced admission: students and organisations entitled to a discount (details).
Free admission: children under the age of 10; disabled visitors; residents of the municipality of Ravenna; the clergy; journalists; members of the armed forces; teachers accompanying students on school trips. For groups other than schools, 1 group leader every 20 paying visitors is entitled to free admission.

Tickets are sold by ticket offices at the entrance of these monuments:
Basilica di San Vitale, via Argentario 22
Basilica di Sant’Apollinare Nuovo, via di Roma 53
Museo Arcivescovile, piazza Arcivescovado 1

Accessibility
Basilica di San Vitale and Mausoleo di Galla Placidia: there are alternative routes for people with disability / wheelchair.
Sant’Apollinare Nuovo: accessible entrance for people with disability / wheelchair.
Archiepiscopal Museum: accessible entry and rooms for people with disability / wheelchair. Saint Andrew’s Chapel is not accessible. In some rooms you may have tactile relief panels and Braille texts.
Neonian Baptistery: accessible entry for people with disability / wheelchair.

Animals
Only guide dogs are allowed to enter the monuments and must be kept on a leash; are admitted also dogs certificated for therapeutical support (pet therapy).

Rules
The monuments of Ravenna first of all a sacred place therefore visitors are asked to have a respectful behavior when visiting it.
Guidelines
Access to Monumental Complex is permitted only to visitors dressed appropriately
Groups are asked to maintain a respectful attitude and behavior inside the Monumental Complex
Keeping silence is a way of respecting the holiness of the place and the other people visiting the Monumental Complex as worshippers or as tourists
The use of mobile phones is not allowed
It is not possible to enter Monumental Complex with food and drinks
Smoking is forbidden
Taking pictures and filming inside Monumental Complex is possible (in the Mausoleo Galla Placidia without the use of flashlight) but without tripods and other professional equipment.
No photo and video in the Archiepiscopal Museum and the Sant’Andrew’s Chapel
The ones who need professional photographs or films have to ask for permission, writing an e-mail to curiara@tin.it
It is strictly forbidden to touch works of art
